F-03 sorbent and KDHF-03 modified sorbent are developed
specially for high-voltage switches which take SF6 as the insulating
medium as well as the SF6 manufacturers to produce high-purity SF6,
with its quality up to and even superior to that of the same
Japanese products.
SF6 has high chemical stability and good insulating performance.
Now it has been widely used as the insulating medium in the world. But
there will unavoidably be tittle toxin low fluoride and moisture during
the manufacture process of SF6,. When the equip is running, because of
the function of high-voltage arc, SF6 will also decompose little low
fluoride, such as SO2F2, SOF2 and S2F10O, which are virulent, corrosive
and harmful to the spare parts of the electrical appliances. F-03
sorbent can get rid of the tittle low fluoride,acidic matters and moisture
in SF6, better than the imported product from Japan (F-9) on dust
removing speed and deepness etc. It has been proved by field tests
that it has no influence on the switching capability of SF6 breakers and
it can reduce the poison off to below 1ppm.
In recent years, according to the requirement of customers, we
continuously improved our products\' packaging, and have developed
KDHF-03 sorbent on the basis of F-03, with each index exceeding the
original F-03 and quality greatly improved. Especially the vacuum packing
developed recently for our customers, adopts aluminium platinum bag
outside and cotton fabric inside, from 20g to several kilograms for
you to choose according to the dosage of your equipment. In addition,
the vacuum packing can be used directly without being activated by
electrical ovens, which reduces the customers\' using cost and it is
highly regarded by customers.
